Notice of Appeal: Preparing notice-of-appeal documents based on client instructions; the client is responsible for filing and deadlines.
Appellate Briefs: Assisting with the preparation of opening briefs, opposition briefs, and reply briefs, ensuring your arguments are clearly presented and well-organized.
Record Preparation: Preparing requests for transcripts, clerk’s records, and assembling the appellate record as required.
Petitions for Review: Preparing formal requests for higher court review, such as Petitions for Rehearing or Petitions for Review to the California Supreme Court when necessary and requested.
